Why Motus?
At Motus, you'll learn real Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a small, focused environment where you actually get coached — not just counted on. Our adult and kids programs are built around a structured curriculum, so every class builds on the last and you're always moving forward.
Evening classes are designed to fit around your life. Adults train Monday through Thursday at 6:30 PM. Kids train Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 PM. Beginner-friendly from day one — no experience required.
Whether you're a complete beginner or returning after a break, Motus is where McKinney comes to train.
